Companion board for eval-stm32f072xx.

This board should already implement much key features of helios. Switching on light by RTC should work.

* PMOSFET on RTC-Alarm-output enables max1450-blah so MCU is powered by battery.

* Enable-circuit from driver board (Switch 36V). At least isolate them from each other by 165 Ohm to limit current to 20mA. Both having 120Ohm is OK.
