Device No.1 can not reproduce this.

Maybe Brownout-detection fails. Check other groups.

OB_BOR_LEVEL3: Supply voltage ranges from 2.7 to 3.6 V
    OB_BOR_LEVEL2: Supply voltage ranges from 2.4 to 2.7 V
    OB_BOR_LEVEL1: Supply voltage ranges from 2.1 to 2.4 V
    OB_BOR_OFF: Supply voltage ranges from 1.62 to 2.1 V

So the level should be "3"? Why are the devices running anyway? Is it disabled on No.1?

Could reproduce it also with serno.1.
The disturbtion on VDD is quite high when USB is connected (ca. 24ns breakdown).
The might be a short disconnection from VBAT to the LDO within the STNS01.
A 10µF capacitor (which is recommended by STM32 and is missing) probably helps.

Seems the very high BOOT-resistor was the problem.

  • Status wurde von Neu zu Erledigt geändert

The BOOT-Resistor was way too high (1M Ohm).
Replace it with 10K-Ohm worked.
